rf-am-sl01 module is based on efr32mg1b232f256gm32-c0 of silicon labs. the efr32mg1b232f256gm32-c0 is a true system-on-chip (soc) solution for zigbee, thread and multiprotocol, and it supports the following modulation formats: 2/4 (g)fsk with fully configurable shaping, bpsk/dbpsk tx, ook/ask, shaped oqpsk/(g)msk, configurable dsss and fec. the module enables industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier and no-compromise mcu. it integrates 32-bit arm ò cortex ò-m4 core with 40mhz maximum operating frequency, pa with up to 19 dbm and balun.
